My name is Megan Levett (Megs), and my journey as a Breathwork facilitator began with my own personal transformation. Breathwork became the key to unlocking deep healing and freedom, allowing me to break through trauma and limiting patterns that no other form of therapy could reach. After completing over 100 sessions in just 10 months, I experienced firsthand the life-changing power of Breathwork. Breathwork helped me release trauma stored in my body, limiting beliefs, behaviours and patterns. It brought me freedom, and self-expansion and allowed me to reconnect with my authentic self.
As an intuitive trauma release Breathwork facilitator originally from Perth, Western Australia, I work with clients both in person and online globally. I’ve dedicated my life to guiding others through this powerful practice, helping them heal, grow, and embrace freedom.
In my sessions, I create a safe and supportive space for deep emotional and physical healing, whether you’re new to Breathwork or further along on your wellness journey. My approach blends intuition, trauma release techniques, and personalised Breathwork practices to help clients unlock their full potential and live in alignment with their true selves.

Each session is a 2.5-hour experience that combines guided Breathwork, intention setting, and integration, all tailored to your unique emotional and physical needs. Breathwork is a safe and supportive process.
Every session is confidential and creates a space for you to explore whatever comes up for you, free from judgment.
After the session, we will take time to integrate the experience, discussing any emotions, sensations, or insights that arise, ensuring you feel grounded and supported.
Trauma is any experience that leaves a lasting emotional impact on us.
It can range from moments that seem minor, like feeling embarrassed or dismissed, to more significant life events such as the loss of a relationship, abuse, or a major life change.
Trauma is stored in the body and can manifest as stress, anxiety, or physical tension.
Breathwork helps release this stored trauma, giving you the chance to process and heal from experiences that may still be affecting your well-being, no matter the scale or origin of the trauma.
To get the most from your session, it’s best to avoid heavy meals, caffeine, or alcohol for at least four hours beforehand.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and breathe freely.
Create a quiet, undisturbed space where you can fully engage in the session without distractions.
It's important to come with an open mind and be ready to explore your inner world, knowing that you’re in a safe and supportive environment throughout the process.
The frequency of sessions depends on your personal goals and needs. Some clients notice significant shifts after just one session, while others find weekly or bi-weekly sessions more beneficial for deeper, ongoing work.
If you’re enrolled in a program like the six-week series, regular sessions will build upon one another, creating a steady flow of healing and growth.
